Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface with minimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Exceptionally stable construction. Profile Tube D30 heavy duty is used in applications with tough requirements. Low profile deflection and increased buckling resistance – that is when this profile really comes into its own.
The reinforced wall of the Profile Tube is ideal for accommodating high-strength Threaded Inserts, thus also enabling users to create direct screw attachments.
On the outside, however, it looks no different from its conventional counterpart and has the same contour as Profile Tube D30. As a result, all the normal connection and fastening principles apply in full and all components can be used in the usual way.
Exceptionally stable and versatile! Profile Tube D30-45° heavy duty features thick walls and a total of eight grooves. This means struts can be attached at angle increments of 45° without having to use special fasteners. In fact, 90° and 135° connections can be combined at the same intersection point.
All the same fastening principles apply and all fasteners and components can be used without modification.
Profile Tube D30-45° can be ordered in the standard lengths of 3000 and 6000 mm and in custom cut-offs. This makes it easy to find the right size for your warehouse.
Profile Tube D30-45° is the ideal solution when there are high requirements for low profile deflection and increased buckling resistance. Heavy-duty threaded inserts that can withstand the highest compressive and tensile loads can be fitted to the end face.
The Profile Tube for more angles! Thanks to a total of eight grooves, Profile Tube D30-45° heavy duty offers outstanding versatility. It allows users to attach struts at an angle of 45° without requiring special fasteners. In fact, a 90° and 45° connection can be combined at the same intersection point.
The special geometry of the profile ensures maximum freedom and a high bending strength. Thanks to its thick walls, Profile Tube D30-45° heavy duty is also suitable for accommodating higher loads. For example, it can be used to create supporting struts in transport trolleys and Karakuri/LCA solutions to ensure wide-ranging design freedom for a variety of requirements.
