Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface with minimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

It takes two! Double Profile Tube D30-60 consists of two Profile Tubes D30 that are connected by an unbroken aluminium web. The web considerably increases rigidity compared to two Profile Tubes D30 that are not connected.
Double Profile Tube D30-60 is perfect for use as a long horizontal beam in racks. It can also be installed as a vertical strut or load-bearing rib under a worksurface.
Note: Fastener D30 T1 (0.0.687.84), which has a narrow gap at the side, is used to connect the profile tube via its end face. Fastener D30, internal (0.0.669.52) can be used to create a smooth 90° connection that has a lower load-carrying capacity.

The diagram shows the permitted load in relation to support span a. It is based on the maximum permissible deflection set by item, which is 1/100 of the support span. When designing rack structures, please observe the limit values set out in the relevant statutory regulations (e.g. DGUV regulation 108-007 in Germany).
