Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface with minimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Chain Fastener 1/2" M6-50 connects a Chain 1/2" (0.0.465.17) to a profile with a Line 8 groove or an M6 thread. This opens up the option to use a chain – instead of a cable – to transmit a movement. The maximum tensile load is 500 N.
Chain Fastener 1/2" can be fitted to a Line 8 groove using the fixings included in its scope of supply. To fasten it to the end-face of a profile, you will need an M6 Threaded Insert or an M6 threaded bore in the core bore of a Profile 6 D30.
Chain 1/2" (0.0.465.17) is an alternative to a cable for Karakuri/LCA applications It is connected to a profile using Chain Fastener 1/2" M6-50 (0.0.708.59). It can be redirected using Pulley D75/D55 (0.0.708.62) and Chain Connector 1/2" 90° (0.0.708.60).
Sprocket Wheel z16 D34 (0.0.714.48) is used to transmit forces, and is fitted in place on a Profile Tube D30 heavy duty using Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 (0.0.714.50). The Profile Tube itself is fitted to a frame using Bearing Flange Set 8 D30 120x30 (0.0.715.23), which ensures it can rotate freely.
Chain Fastener 1/2" fastened to a Profile Tube 8 D30 with Spacer Bushing D17/D6-5 (0.0.685.67) and the T-Slot Nut V 8 included in its scope of supply.
Chain Fastener 1/2" fastened to a Profile Tube 6 D30 with Adapter 6 D30/R15-2 (0.0.692.05) and a T-Slot Nut 6 St M6 (0.0.439.75).
Chain Fastener 1/2" fastened to the end-face of a Profile Tube D30 (0.0.628.28) with Threaded Insert, Profile Tube D30 M6 Al (0.0.675.16).
