Castor Cup 50x50x4 from item helps ensure that trolleys and frames with castors can be kept securely in place. The low-rise threshold marks the parking space for a transport trolley and stops it rolling out of place inadvertently.
The Castor Cup is simply glued to the floor. Thanks to its sloping edges, transport trolleys, Base Carts and mobile robots can easily drive or be pushed into its square internal cavity, and back out again. Unless given an extra push, the castor or wheel is held inside the defined internal area, which enhances the safety and reliability of working processes.
Castor Cup 50x50x4 offers a simple means of organising all sorts of storage areas. That applies whether material trolleys or stationary racks with adjustable feet are being used. When working with FIFO racks, this threshold, which is stuck to the floor, offers additional protection against displacement and acts as a marker to make sure racks are returned to the correct location after cleaning or maintenance.
Castor Cup 50x50x4 is suitable for use with swivel and fixed castors that have a diameter of between 100 and 200 mm. The castors do not need to be fitted with a brake to ensure the transport trolleys stay in the desired location in a storage area. Positioning castors in this way speeds up the transfer of goods in a warehouse, production system or intralogistics area.
Two Castor Cups 50x50x4 from item should be used to keep a transport trolley securely in place. This ensures the trolley can’t pivot around a locked castor.
