Welded, hot-dip galvanized and powder coated
Wire thickness: 3.8 mm
Mesh: 40 mm
Steel Meshes have good stability and inherent rigidity. A light structure is therefore adequate as a frame.
The bright zinc-plated surface of the Steel Meshes protects them against corrosion.
Black Steel Meshes are also powder-coated at the factory.
The wires are welded together at each cross-over point to stop the mesh losing its shape.
Welded meshes can be powder-coated, painted, etc. for increased resistance to corrosion or for identification purposes.

Note on cutting Corrugated Mesh St to size:
Because of the way the material behaves when cut, the cut-off tolerances are in DIN ISO 2768 tolerance class c.
The following grid pattern is required for the design and assembly of the Steel Mesh Fixing Block 8 Zn (0.0.725.22) in the system groove 8 when cutting Steel Mesh 3.8 mm 40×40, black (0.0.428.39).
