Wall Trunking, Cap 200x20 2x45° is a cover for the item Wall Trunking System that features an outside angle of 45° and can be screwed into place.
The Cap is secured to the side of two Wall Trunking, Profiles X 8 70x20-45° K76 (0.0.722.28). The aluminium Wall Trunking Profiles and Caps fit flush with each other to make cleaning easy.
The modular wall trunking solution from item is integrated into the wall and is ideal for use in both rooms and machine cabins. The wall trunking is also suitable for use in cleanrooms. It only protrudes by 20 mm. The 45° angle on the surface of the Wall Trunking Profile ensures dust will not settle on the trunking and prevents any disruption to low-turbulence air currents.
The wall trunking also allows for cables to be laid over vertical profiles without any need for machining. The trunking is prepared for use with K76 elements. Sockets, switches and network connections can all be clipped into place conveniently between two sections of Wall Trunking Profile, maximising the flexibility of the system.
Wall trunking must be earthed. When installed in a double-sided configuration, earthing components must be fitted to both the front and rear sides. The Wall Trunking Profiles incorporate a rail that allows users to install Earth Connection, Installation Column Profile (0.0.663.49) at any point along the profile with a screw fixing.
Cover Profile 76 Al is fastened in place using Locking Clips (0.0.663.42). These clips simultaneously ensure a contact between the Wall Trunking Profiles on one side. This means there is no need to earth each profile separately.
The item wall trunking is a modular system solution based on the item Fixing System. The aluminium Wall Trunking Profiles are fastened in place using Fixing System, Base Profile X 8 and can be combined as required. Metal Caps provide a flush closure.
Thanks to ready-made corner elements, you can lay cables to any point in a room. You can even switch from vertical to horizontal sections and back.
