Curve 30x22 R100 45° ESD connects two Conveyor Rail Profiles 6 30x30-80 (0.0.712.90) in order to change their direction by 45°.
The ESD-safe curved segment is shaped so that Carriages in the item Suspended Conveyor System won’t over-tilt at the transition points. Carriages safely absorb lateral forces as they pass through the curve.
Combining two 45° Curves arranged in opposite orientations is an effective way to move the track at least 100 mm to the right or left without changing the general direction of travel. This is useful when trying to avoid contours that would otherwise act as an obstacle.
The 45° and 90° Curves for the item Suspended Conveyor System will guide Carriages to any point in a frame. Due to the angled connection of the Conveyor Rail Profiles, the track can change direction, negotiate obstacles or be extended to increase its storage capacity.
When installing the flat bracket 73.5x25 D6.4-17 included in the scope of supply, pay attention to the direction of travel. This direction is indicated by an arrow.
