Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface with minimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

PVC Strip Holder 8 PA 1-2 mm holds PVC strips that are between 1 and 2 mm thick in a Line 8 groove. A complete strip installation consists of two Strip Holders and one PVC strip. The PVC strip is inserted without having to be notched or cut away and, once the Strip Holder has been closed, the strip is secured in place with a screw.
To create a strip curtain, the Strip Holder is simply clipped into a Line 8 groove. Individual Strip Holders can be replaced at any time.
Strip curtains are the basis for stationary and mobile cleanroom tents. The curtain protects the working area within the tent from contaminants outside it. This modular solution offers a quick and easy-to-assemble alternative to a hardwall cleanroom. Cleanroom tents with strip curtains (also known as softwall cleanrooms) can usually achieve high cleanroom classes (>ISO 6).
Strip curtains can be used to create an easy-to-install partition between production areas. The overlapping PVC strips keep dust and other contaminants out. They also reduce noise and draughts. Staff and transport trolleys can easily pass through the transparent partitions.
As the strips are fastened to a Line 8 groove individually, both single strips and Strip Holders can be replaced without having to take down the entire curtain.
