Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface with minimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.
Components that are RoHS-compliant contain no dangerous substances such as lead or cadmium. EC Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS 1) restricts the use of certain substances in electronic devices and components. These include batteries, etc.

Details

Optimised for lean production! It is the special geometry of Profile Tube D30 that makes this product so versatile. It features four smooth, undercut flanks, each of which is enveloped by a Fastener D30, resulting in a mechanically locked connection with a strong and lasting hold. Struts can be separately fastened to all four of the flanks.
Profile Tubes D30 are made of durable and lightweight aluminium and can be easily cut to the desired length.
Profile Tubes D30 are also available in six more colours to help staff find their way around quickly and offer a striking way to differentiate between areas or components. The silk-matt powder-coating is abrasion resistant. The anodized Profile Tube D30 and the black powder-coated Profile Tube D30 are ESD safe.
Note: The anodized Profile Tube D30 can be ordered in three standard lengths: 3000, 4000 and 6000 mm. Alternatively, you can order custom cut-offs that have been sawn to size with millimetre precision.
Caps for the ends of Profiles and Tubes are available in two variants – grey and a black, electrostatically dissipative version. This makes it easy to identify the intended application of a Cap.
Permissible loads for profile designs
The diagram shows the permitted load in relation to support span a. It is based on the maximum permissible deflection set by item, which is 1/100 of the support span. When designing rack structures, please observe the limit values set out in the relevant statutory regulations (e.g. DGUV regulation 108-007 in Germany).
